All sales are final and will only be subject to a refund if there's a flaw in the garment/item itself or a flaw from the printing process. All damage due to normal wear and tear and any hard abuse will not be refunded. Should a refund/replacement be deemed necessary, we will need the damaged garment to be returned to us. Production will begin once the store closes. Upon completion, PHHS Show Choir will pickup all of the orders and handle distribution.
